Shipping & Returns
Production / Shipping
All our products are perfectly manufactured by hand and made to order.
For us to give you the best possible product, we will require a couple of days to prepare your order.
Black Friday and orders up to 10 December will ship before or on 13 December. Orders placed from 14 December - 17 January will go into production on 20 January. 3-5 Business days are required for us to prepare your order.
We will be closed from 14 December - 19 January.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please keep these lead times in mind when planning your purchase. We will ship all your goodies in one go.
Courier:
Shipping takes 2-3 business days and a day or two might be added for outlying areas.
Orders are delivered by Courier Guy and come with tracking. We will email the tracking number to you as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once you’ve received the email.
*Stickaroo will not be held liable for any causes whatsoever while a parcel is in the hands of a 3rd party.
Collections:
Can be made from our studio in De Waterkant, Cape Town. You will be notified with the necessary information as soon as your order is ready. An arrangement for your collection will be required.
Collections can be made during the following times:
Mon - Thu: 9:00 - 16:00
Fri: 9:00 - 14:00
We will be closed from 14 December - 19 January.
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and will perform an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. An email authorisation is required for the exchange/credit process to begin. All inquiries can be sent to hello@stickaroo.com.
Pending inspection, a store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value and you will be contacted by email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All items are subject to inspection. We do not offer store credit or exchanges on personalised items or Stickaroos that have been used.
