📦 Production & Shipping

Every Stickaroo is made to order, by hand, with love. We don’t rush it, because quality matters. 

We're currently closed for the holidays, and production will start on 12 January when we return.

Prep Time:
Standard orders: 3-5 working days
During sales: 5-7 working days
(No changes or cancellations once placed)

We ship everything together in one go.

South African Orders:
Delivered via Courier Guy (tracked).
Shipping takes 2–3 working days, a bit longer if you’re off the beaten path.
We’re not liable for delays once your order’s in the courier’s hands.

International Orders:
Shipped with UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Shipping fees are calculated after checkout.
We're required by law to declare product values on all international parcels. This is for customs and tax purposes.
Delays caused by customs inspections, courier issues, or external disruptions are unfortunately out of our control.

Collections:
Pickups are available from our Cape Town studio in De Waterkant by appointment only. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Please note: We’re closed on weekends and public holidays and are in and out of the studio. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for missed collections that haven’t been arranged well in advance.
